GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE COMPANY Reklamca d.o.o
INTRODUCTION
The general terms and conditions of Reklamca d.o.o for online shopping (hereinafter: General Terms and Conditions) are drawn up in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-1), the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data - EU regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Act on out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes (ZIsRPS).

4000 KRANJ, Slovenia (hereinafter:Reklamca d.o.o).
The general conditions determine the method, conditions and operation of online purchases, the rights and obligations of the user and Reklamca d.o.o, and regulate the business relationship between Reklamca d.o.o and the customer.
The customer is bound by the General Terms and Conditions that are valid at the time of purchase (submission of the online order). When placing an order, the user is specifically reminded of the General Terms and Conditions and confirms his familiarity with them by placing the order.
By registering or by registering on the website: www.uvinneco.shop (hereinafter: the website), the user confirms that he has read the General Terms and Conditions, agrees with them and accepts them in full. Certain parts of the General Terms and Conditions are also intended for unregistered visitors, so we recommend that the latter familiarize themselves with the General Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.
Reklamca d.o.o PRODUCTS AVAILABLE FOR ONLINE SHOPPING
All products in the Reklamca d.o.o sales portfolio are based on kinetic technology. Kinetic technology is Reklamca d.o.o - our internationally patented natural water treatment technology, with numerous and scientifically supported positive effects on such treated water.
The products can be sold individually or together with other products and at the prices as published on the website at the time of the user's online purchase. Determination of pricing policy (regular prices, campaigns, discounts…) and individual or joint sale of products is the exclusive responsibility of Reklamca d.o.o.
ONLINE PURCHASE
The sales contract between Reklamca d.o.o and the customer is concluded upon online purchase at the moment when Reklamca d.o.o sends the customer an electronic message about the status of his order (with the title: confirmation of order receipt). From this moment, all prices and other conditions are fixed and apply to both Reklamca d.o.o and the buyer. The person with the information provided when placing the order is considered a buyer. It is not possible to change the customer data later.
PAYMENT METHODS
Payment for the selected product when purchasing online is possible:
Upon receipt of the product (after collection);
Through PayPal online financial services;
Payment to Reklamca d.o.o's transaction account.
BILL
Upon delivery of the ordered products, Reklamca d.o.o also sends the customer an invoice to the customer's email address.
In the case of cash on delivery, the buyer receives a printed invoice for the purchased products upon collection. The customer receives an invoice for each separate order separately.
The invoice contains a breakdown of the price, the applicable value added tax and all other possible costs related to the purchase.
The buyer is obliged to check the correctness of his data before placing the order. Objections made later regarding the correctness of issued invoices are not taken into account.
DISCOUNT CODE
The discount code can bring various benefits when purchasing online and is limited in time. An active discount code can be obtained by the user during promotions, actions or repeated/multiple purchases, in the manner and under the conditions as follows from each specific activity for obtaining the discount code
THE CONSUMER'S RIGHT TO WITHDRAW THE CONTRACT AND/OR RETURN THE PRODUCT
The consumer (the above applies to natural persons who acquire an article for purposes outside of their commercial activity) has the right to notify the seller of withdrawing from the contract within 14 days of taking over any product, without having to give a reason for their decision. The term begins to count the next day from the day the product is taken over.

Regardless of the provisions of the first three paragraphs of this chapter, which have a legal basis, J and P allows all its customers to return the purchased product without giving a reason within 30 days (calculated the day after the day of receiving the product).
In case of withdrawal from the contract and/or return of the product, the user must return the purchased product either by mail to the address Reklamca d.o.o., Šorlijeva ulica 24
4000 KRANJ , Slovenia, or bring it in person to the specified address.
The user must return the product to the seller undamaged and in the same quantity, unless the product is destroyed, damaged, lost or its quantity has decreased through no fault of the user.
The only cost charged to the consumer in connection with the withdrawal from the contract or the user when returning the product is the cost of returning the product (which, in the case of shipping, is calculated according to the price list of the delivery service and depends on whether it is a shipment or a package). The product must be returned to the seller no later than 30 days from the sent notification of withdrawal from the contract, or 40 days in the case of returning the product.
Payments made will be refunded as soon as possible
